Parties to the Agreement

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products from Quistonarion’s online store at quistonarion.online (“Quistonarion Store”). By placing an order, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.

Product Representations

All product information on our store constitutes an invitation to treat, not an offer. Product images and descriptions may vary slightly from actual items due to manufacturing variations or product improvements. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee all content is error-free. Please report any discrepancies to productinfo@quistonarion.online.

Pricing Policy

Quistonarion reserves the right to adjust prices without notice. If we discover pricing errors:

  • For higher correct prices: We’ll contact you before processing

  • For lower correct prices: We’ll charge the lower amount automatically

Order Processing

  1. Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt but don’t constitute acceptance

  2. Order acceptance occurs when status changes to “Fulfilled” with shipping details

  3. Unconfirmed orders auto-complete after 15 days from shipment

  4. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of resale or policy violations

Shipping Information

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days for in-stock items

  • Delivery times are estimates only

  • Shipping carrier selected at our discretion

  • Not responsible for carrier delays (contact support for assistance)

Order Modifications

Cancellations:

  • Within 24 hours: No fee

  • After 24 hours (pre-shipment): 3.5% processing fee

  • After shipment: Cannot cancel

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility:

  • 30-day return window from delivery

  • Unopened/unused items: Full refund (less shipping)

  • Defective items: Free return shipping

  • Opened items: 15% restocking fee + shipping

All product designs, technologies, and branding are exclusive property of Quistonarion. Reverse engineering or unauthorized resale is prohibited.

Data Protection

Limitations of Liability

Quistonarion is not liable for:

  • Service interruptions

  • Incidental/consequential damages

  • Injuries/property damage from product use

  • Carrier delays

  • Force majeure events
